Stopped in for some breakfast this morning at around 6:20 and stood at the counter for about 4-5 minutes and nobody would take my order. Two employees working the front, both made eye contact with me, and one eventually said he’d be with me in a minute but the other was very frazzled and appeared to be upset. Prayers for this young lady that her day gets better. I went to another place for breakfast but it doesn’t change my opinion of Chickfila.

***Edit. I wanted to update this review. Blake from this location reached out to me via telephone and we discussed the mishaps I had previously encountered. He apologized and worked really hard to make things right. He asked me to give them another shot. I did visit the store again today after my daughter begged for Chick fil A for lunch. The drive thru service was top notch. Everyone was friendly, smiling, and gave excellent service. This is the kind of service Chick fil A is all about. Thanks Karen, Mitchel, and BK for being great today and to Blake for taking the time to listen to my concerns with my previous service. We will be back. �

This Chickfila Location is always so friendly and up to speed! If they are running even just a few minutes behind they are quick to apologize. Again, I can’t emphasize the friendliness and great management of this establishment. I’ve also never had an issue with an order here. They also never judge me for how frequently I visit, so that’s a plus! �
